1. Who runs the website

The website www.moldovafarming.ro is run by Comfert Agricultura SRL, with its registered office at Calea Moinești 34, Bacău, Romania, tax ID (CUI) RO26371304, Trade Register number J2010000002043.

The website presents the Moldova Farming group. The group includes companies active in agribusiness, crop protection retail and agricultural production, including Comfert Agricultura SRL and Moldova Farming Agricultura SRL.

2. What this website is

This is a presentation website. You can read information about the group, its warehouses, careers and the public documents we make available.

There is no user account, cart or online ordering. A request for a quote or a purchase is made through our office, through the regional representative or through the channels we provide, not by placing an order on the website.

3. Documents and information

The catalogues, offer archive, certificates and other documents published on the website are for information only. Prices, stock and commercial terms are confirmed at the time of the offer.
