Founded in 2012, SC MOLDOVA FARMING SRL has as its main objects of activity: trade in agricultural inputs (seeds, pesticides, fertilizers and diesel) and agricultural production (wheat, maize, sunflower, rape, beet), with a share capital of 61,728.520 lei and a number of approximately 130 employees.
 
The share capital is held as follows: Comfert Agricultura, with a share of 81%, and PAVAL HOLDING S.R.L., Dedeman Group, with an share of 19%.The main administrative headquarters is located on Calea Moinești No. 34, Bacau.
 
The company is one of the main players in the Romanian agribusiness market, developing an area of 6500 hectares.
 
According to the investment plan/policy, the company is willing to purchase land and rent new areas to exploit. For the highest possible efficiency, the company places emphasis on compounding, so that the conduct of the business is more cost-effective both in terms of cost and time.
 
  • The ratio of areas according to the form of ownership is as follows:
  • Land rented 4000 hectares; Land purchased 1000 hectares.
 
Commercially, the company operates in the following locations:
  • Alba;
  • Slobozia (Ialomita);
  • Caracal (Olt);
  • Tișița;
  • Berești Bistrița (Bacau).
Regional logistics warehouses are located in these towns. The company also has authorization to market the fuel without storage, which is transported from the tax deposit directly to the customer.
 
From the point of view of production, at the organizational level the company operates in five main farms, these being:
 
  • Tișița – 1600 hectares;
  • Berești Bistrița – 750 hectares;
  • Valea Ursului/Oniceni -1600 hectares;
  • Sagna/Dragomirești – 950 hectares;
  • Pancesti – 350 hectares.
