The moldovafarming.ro project is developed and managed by SC MOLDOVA FARMING SRL.
 
The moldovafarming.ro team wants to offer you, users, a secure online browsing and to protect your right to privacy and image for the protection of your personal life. We care to make you aware of the purposes for which certain personal information is requested from you and we ensure that the information you have entered into our databases is only used for the purpose that we have provided to you on the request for such data.
 
In accordance with the provisions of the European Regulation No. 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (GDPR), you have the following rights: right of information, right of access, right to rectification, the right of opposition, right not to be subject to an individual decision, the rights to restriction of processing, the Right to data deletion (“the right to be forgotten”), the right to data portability. For any requests you may have regarding the exercise of the rights mentioned above, you can send a notification with your request to dpo@moldovafarming.ro.
 
You also have the right to contact the competent authority for the protection of personal data (ANSPDCP – National Supervisory and Data Protection Authority), if you consider that your rights under Law no. 677/2001 have been violated.
 

Categories of personal data processed

 
  1. If you are a customer of www.moldovafarming.ro, MOLDOVA FARMING will process your personal data, such as your name and surname, telephone, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, as well as any other categories of data that you provide directly in the context of creating a user account, placing an order through the online store of the www.moldovafarming.ro website or in any other way resulting from the use of our website.
  2. If you choose to create your user account to complete the order of a product available on www.moldovafarming.ro, your e-mail address will be requested on the basis of which an account will be automatically created. If you do not complete the order, the email address and other data provided will be stored by us for marketing purposes.
  3. If you are a visitor to the www.moldovafarming.ro website, MOLDOVA FARMING will process your personal data that you provide directly in the context of using our website, such as the data you provide in the feedback forms, newsletter registration, application to the Careers section, etc.
 
Consent. Your consent will be requested when filling out a form on our website. Without your consent, personal information may be collected and processed in cases established by law. We process your personal information only on the basis of your freely given consent by declaring your personal data when using the contact form.

If you are a customer of www.moldovafarming.ro, we process your personal data as follows:
 
– For the implementation of the contractual relationship between you and www.moldovafarming.ro, respectively for picking up, validating, sending and invoicing the order placed on www.maldovafaring.ro for your information on the status of the order, organizing the return of ordered products etc.
 
The processing of your data for this purpose is based on the contract concluded between you and MOLDOVA FARMING. Providing your personal data is necessary. The refusal to provide the data may result in the impossibility of conducting the contractual relationship between you and MOLDOVA FARMING.
 
– The processing of your data may also be based on marketing activities, respectively for the transmission, through means of remote communication (e-mail, sms) of commercial communications about the products and services offered by MOLDOVA FARMING.
 
– The processing of your data for this purpose is based on your consent, if you choose to provide it.
 
We use your personal data for the purpose of improving our customer service, including to answer your questions. This usually involves the use of certain personal contact information regarding the reason for your question (e.g. order status, a technical problem, software/services questions, complaints, general questions, etc.)
 
With your consent, we use personal data to provide you with information about products or services (for example, communications or marketing campaigns, promotions).
 
We use your personal data when you interact with the MOLDOVA FARMING profile on social networks, to communicate with you and to keep you informed about the latest news. You can learn more about how it works, the profile data we collect about you and how you can change your settings by reading the privacy notices of the respective social network.
 
We also use website analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to collect marketing information about the frequency of visiting our website, the keywords used to find our website and the pages viewed on our website.
 
We may collect information such as address, age and gender. We may collect certain standard information such as IP address, browser type and language used, access times and addresses accessed on the website.
 
You can give your consent to the data processing for this purpose by checking the appropriate box at the time of account creation, or after the account is created, in the dedicated section “My Account”. To unsubscribe from receiving such commercial communications you can use the option at the end of each e-mail/sms containing commercial communication. In addition, you can unsubscribe by going to the “My Account” section.
 
The provision of your data for this purpose is voluntary. The refusal to give consent to the processing of your data for this purpose will not have any negative consequences for you.
 
Sensitive data. We do not collect information that may reveal your racial or ethnic origin, physical or mental health, religious beliefs or alleged crimes or convictions for crimes. In accordance with Article 9 of Regulation (EC) No 5419/16, this information is considered as ‘sensitive personal data’.
 
 

The duration for which we process your data.

 
MOLDOVA FARMING will process your personal data as long as it is necessary to the above-mentioned processing purposes.
 
If you are a Customer, we will process your data for the entire duration of the contractual relations and subsequently in accordance with the internal policies of MOLDOVA FARMING to fulfil the legal obligations that arise (for example, in the case of financial-accounting supporting documents for which the retention period provided by law is 10 years from the date of the end of the financial year in which they were drawn up).
 
If you are a Customer and you exercise the option of deleting your user account by clicking on the Delete Account button in the My Account section, MOLDOVA FARMING will interpret this action as your option to unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications through which we keep you informed about the products and services offered through www.moldovafarming.ro.In this respect, if you choose to delete your user account, we will no longer send you such e-mails and/or text messages. However, we would like to inform you that deleting your account will not automatically result in the deletion of your personal data. If you wish your personal data to no longer be processed or if you wish the data to be deleted, you can exercise this right in writing, by a letter to the company’s headquarters or by sending an e-mail to dpo@moldovafarming.ro.
 
If you request the deletion of the account, but there is at least one active order on that account, the request to delete the account will only be registered after the delivery of the products and the completion of your last active order.
 
If you withdraw your consent to the processing of your data for marketing purposes, MOLDOVA FARMING will cease to process your personal data for this purpose, without affecting the processings carried out by Moldova FARMING on the basis of your consent expressed by you prior to its revocation.
 
Your access to personal information. You are authorized to request at any time a notification about what personal information we have stored in the database and to request the modification or deletion of all or some of your personal information.
 
Unsubscribe.You can send a notification with your request to shop@moldovafarming.ro. If you make such a request, we will request confirmation of your identity to prevent unauthorized processing of your personal information.
 
Disclosure of personal data. In order to fulfil the purposes of processing, MOLDOVA FARMING may disclose your data to third parties or entities that support MOLDOVA FARMING in the provision of services (e.g. IT service providers, site maintenance) in compliance with the provisions of European Regulation No. 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. (GDPR),
 
Sending personal information to other recipients. Your personal information will not be sent to other recipients unless you authorize us to do so.
 

Your rights

 
In connection with this data processing, you have the right to request access to your personal data, their rectification or deletion or the restriction of processing. You have the rights to object to processing within the limits and conditions laid down by law, as well as the right of data portability. Furthermore, if you choose to give your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, without affecting the processing carried out by MOLDOVA FARMING on the basis of your consent expressed by you prior to its revocation. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data.
 
In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 2016/679/EU, as a data subject, you have the following rights:
 
– the right to have access to your data: you may request to be informed of the categories of personal data that are processed, the purpose for which the processing takes place, the recipients to whom they have been or will be communicated, the period for which they are expected to be stored or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to establish this period;
 
– the right to request rectification of data: in the event that there are errors in the data that you are processing, you have the possibility to request their correction. If the data are incomplete, you can request their completion. The rectification will be communicated to each recipient to whom the data have been transmitted, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate efforts;
 
– the right to request the restriction of the processing of data: you are entitled to request that the data processing be restricted in the following situations: if you have contested the accuracy of the data, for a period that allows us to verify the correctness of data; if processing is unlawful, and you object to the deletion of personal data, instead requesting the limitation of their use; if the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you request them for the establishment, exercise or defence of a right in court; if you objected to processing for the period during which it is verified whether the legitimate rights of the controllerin prevail over your rights;
 
– the right to request the deletion of the data: you may request that the data processed be deleted if the data is no longer necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes for which they were collected or processed, if you have withdrawn your consent and there is no other legal basis for processing; if you object to the processing and there are no legitimate grounds that prevail with regard to the treatment; the personal data have been processed unlawfully; personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation.
 
– the right to request data transfer (to data portability): you can request the transfer of your data to another controller if the processing is based on your consent and the process is automated;
 
– right to object to processing: you have the right to oppose the processing of your data if it relates to direct marketing. You may also object to the processing, unless the controller demonstrates that it has legitimate grounds to justify processing that prevail over your interests, rights and freedoms or that the purpose is to establish, exercise or defend a right in court.
 
– the right not to be the subject of a decision based solely on automated data processing. You will not be the subject of a decision based solely on automated data processing.
